I had a consult with Dana today. She is very kind, knowledgable, empathetic, and genuine. She took the time to explain my options and she advised me with my best interest in mind. After having shopped around and having been nearly exploited at another place due to my lack of knowledge, meeting Dana @Hair and Heart was very refreshing.

What a wonderful experience! I was accompanying my mom. This was both our first time to learn about wigs and we couldn't be more pleased. The salon is beautiful and Dana is so welcoming. She is extremely personable and obviously extremely knowledgeable. My mom loved her experience and is excited about her new look. She looks amazing! Having to buy a wig because you know chemo is going to destroy your own hair you have been blessed with and have loved for 6 decades is traumatizing. I checked out a couple of wigs at another salon and left discouraged. For a week I’ve figured I’d never be happy with a wig. Then I found Dana at Hair and Heart Wigs in a lovely shopping center and a lovely salon.

The elegance and privacy of the shop were impeccable. Dana’s expertise as a cosmetologist and a hairdresser was comforting and encouraging. She took into consideration my natural and highlighted hair color, texture, and curl, my skin tone, and shape of my face. She also advised against some crazy ideas I had and basically knew what she was doing.

I left with a wig that is just so darn cute! I’m so happy.

So chemo can do it’s thing. I’ve got baldness whipped. Thank you, Lord, for bringing Dana into my life and bringing me one step closer to beating cancer.

It’s been one year since I bought my wig here. The wig still looks fabulous and I feel fabulous while wearing it. It’s my first one so it took some time getting used to but now it’s one of my most important accessories. I look younger and always get compliments on how beautiful I look while wearing it. It matches my natural hair color so perfectly even my best friends of 14 years didn’t know it was a wig. The shock when I told them let me know it was that seamless. Even tho I went because this disease process ravaged my hair I urge anyone who wants incredible customer service and an awesome wig to go try her salon out. Just amazing!

The most beautiful space and the most beautiful human! Dana is incredibly gifted at hair matching, wig selection and styling. In what could be an emotional situation, Dana exudes joy and positivity. It’s impossible to feel anything less than beautiful in her salon and in her presence.

I have a health condition that results in very thin hair in the front. Dana helped me pick out my first hair topper. It’s gorgeous and brought tears to my eyes.

I also came in with my best friend who is undergoing chemo for a second time. Dana helped her two years ago, and we were thrilled to find her again (now located in a space that she owns and designed herself.) Dana found the perfect human hair wig for my friend, and it’s quality and true-match color is impeccable.

So thankful for Dana and her passion for making a difference in the hair loss community!

Dana is so open, friendly and on top of the industry’s latest fashions and options. I thought buying a wig would be very cold and embarrassing, but then Dana who has genetic alopecia felt my fear and and my emotional state and gave me an insight into her own journey. Dana is an incredible woman. Not only extremely knowledgeable in every area needed to help me with wig choice, etc. but also emotionally knows how to help me with issues that I was feeling. It is very difficult going though cancer. There are several physical and emotional factors involved in the wig process (at least for myself). Dana understood and each time would choose the perfect words to share with me. She spent three appointments with me and never made me feel like a burden. I’m very happy with my wig choices and could not have done it without someone like Dana.
